- สุกร : รักษาสุกรที่ติดพยาธิตัวกลมระยะตัวอ่อนและตัวเต็มวัย (immature and mature forms of nematodes) ในระบบทางเดินอาหาร และทางเดินหายใจ ที่ไวต่อยานี้ ดังนี้ - Hyostrongylus rubidus (พยาธิในกระเพาะอาหาร) - Oesophagostomum spp. (พยาธิเม็ดตุ่ม) - Ascaris suum (พยาธิตัวกลมในลำไส้เล็ก) -Trichuris suis (พยาธิแส้ม้า) -ควบคุมพยาธิ Metastrongylus apri (พยาธิในปอด) โค : รักษาโรคที่ติดพยาธิตัวกลมระยะตัวอ่อนและตัวเต็มวัย (developing immature and mature forms of nematodes) ในระบบทางเดินอาหาร และทางเดินหายใจ ที่ไวต่อยานี้ ดังนี้ -Ostetagia spp. -Cooperia spp. -Trichostrongylus spp. -Bunostomum spp. -Nematodirus spp. -Haemonchus spp. -Oesophagostomum spp. -Strongyloides spp. -Trichuris spp. -Dictyocaulus viviparous Fenbendazole สามารถกำจัดตัวอ่อนระยะพัก ๖inhibited larvae) ของพยาธิ Ostertagia spp. และสามารถใช้กำจัดพยาธิตัวตืดชนิด Miniezia spp. นอกจากนี้ยังมีฤทธิ์ในการกำจัดไข่ (Ovicidal effect) ของพยาธิตัวกลมได้
