We read email on working days, but the site is run by one person, so a reply may take 2-5 days.

If a record is wrong or does not match the source, email us with (1) the page link, (2) what is wrong, and (3) the correct information or a link to the official page.

Every record page has a report link that fills the page URL and record id into the email for you.

Some data we cannot change ourselves because it is mirrored directly from the source. If the source has not corrected it, we will say so and follow up at the next sync.

We deliberately avoid storing personal data, but if you find information about you on the site, email us the page link.

We will review and remove it promptly, and fix it at the point of ingestion so the same kind of data cannot reappear.

Press, researchers and anyone wanting to reuse the data can write to the same address.

We do not sell direct advertising placements, and we do not accept requests to alter or conceal licence records under any circumstances.
