About TaeJing
Last updated: 2026-07-26
What this site does
TaeJing collects licence and certification records that Thai government agencies publish openly, and makes them searchable in one place so anyone can check before buying something or doing business with a company.
Typical questions it answers: does this FDA number on the label actually exist, is this company properly registered, does this tour operator hold a real licence, has this product been certified to the TIS standard.
Everything is free, no account is required, and no part of the data is paywalled.
Where the data comes from
All records come from open datasets and public search systems run by Thai government bodies: the Food and Drug Administration, NBTC, the Department of Business Development, the Revenue Department, the Department of Tourism, the Thai Industrial Standards Institute, the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards, and the Central Islamic Council of Thailand.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. Every record page links back to the official source so you can verify it yourself, and that link will always be free.
How often it updates
Each source is refreshed automatically on its own schedule, following how the agency publishes: some daily, others weekly or monthly.
Every page shows the date its data was last synced, and displays a warning badge when a record has not been refreshed within its normal window.
What we will not do
We do not make rulings on behalf of the authorities. We report whether a record exists and the status the source gives, never whether a product is genuine, safe, or trustworthy.
We do not store personal data. Director names, shareholders and natural persons attached to source records are stripped before storage, following Thailand's PDPA.
We do not accept payment to amend, hide, or promote any record.
How the site earns
The site earns from affiliate links and advertising. These are always labelled as advertising and always placed after the answer.
They have no influence on the data shown, the ranking of search results, or the licence status reported.
Who runs it
TaeJing is run by an independent developer in Thailand. It is not a government body and not a registered company.
