- 1. ใช้ในภาวะความดันเลือดต่ำเฉียบพลัน อิโนพิน ใช้ในขั้นอันตรายร้ายแรงที่มีความดันเลือดต่ำ และไม่ตอบสนองต่อการใช้ fluid ชดเชยจากสาเหตุต่าง ๆ 2. Cardiogenic shock เนื่องจากหลอดเลือดที่หัวใจอุดตันทำให้กล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเป็นแห่งๆ, trauma, การติดเชื้อในเลือดอย่างรุนแรง, ช็อคหลังการผ่าตัดหัวใจหรือไตล้มเหลว 3. ใช้ในผู้ป่วย congestive heart failure ที่มี cardiac output ต่ำ อิโนพิน จะช่วยให้มี cardiac output สูงขึ้น และยังมีประโยชน์ในการรักษาระยะสั้นในผู้ป่วย congestive heart failure ขั้นรุนแรงที่ไม่ตอบสนองต่อการใช้ Digitalis และ Diuretics
