- VORICONAZOLE เป็นยาต้านเชื้อราชนิด triazole ซึ่งออกฤทธิ์ครอบคลุมเชื้อราได้กว้าง , และมีข้อบ่งใช้ดังต่อไปนี้, - รักษาการติดเชื้อรา aspergillus แบบลุกลาม (invasive aspergillosis) , - รักษาการติดเชื้อรา candida ในเลือดในผู้ป่วยกลุ่ม non-nrutropenic, - รักษาการติดเชื้อรา candida แบบลุกลามชนิดร้ายแรง (รวมทั้ง C. krusei) , - รักษาการติดเชื้อรา candidaหลอดอาหาร, - รักษาการติดเชื้อราชนิดร้ายแรงจากเชื้อ Scedosporium (เชื้อ Pseudallescheria ในระยะ asexual) และเชื้อ Fusarium spp. รวมทั้งเชื้อ Fusarium solani ในผู้ป่วยซึ่งไม่สามารถทนต่อการรักษาหรือมีการดื้อต่อการ, รักษาชนิดอื่นได้, - ป้องกันการติดเชื้อราในผู้ป่วยที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงซึ่งมีอาการไข้ (ผู้ป่วยปลูกถ่ายไขกระดูกแบบ, พันธุกรรมต่างกัน (allogenic bone marrow transplant) ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาวซึ่งกลับเป็น, ซ้ำ) , -ป้องกันการติดเชื้อราในผู้ป่วยที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงที่จะติดเชื้อราแบบลุกลาม เช่นผู้ที่ได้รับการปลูกถ่าย, เซลล์ต้นกำเนิดเม็ดเลือด (haematopoietic stem cell transplant, HSCT),
