- Mycophenolate mofetil is indicated in • Combination with ciclosporin and corticosteroids for the prophylaxis of acute transplant rejection in patients receiving allogeneic renal, cardiac or hepatic transplants. • Induction treatment of active lupus nephritis (class III, IV, V or mixed class) with the combination of glucocorticoids • Maintenance treatment of lupus nephritis after the induction treatment.
