- 1. ใช้รักษาโรคเชื้อราที่เกิดจากการติดเชื้อ Candida ในช่องปากและช่องคลอด, เกลื้อน (pityriasis, versicolor), Dermatophytosis (tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea manuum, , tinea capitis), เชื้อราที่เล็บ (onychomycosis), กระจกตาอักเสบจากเชื้อรา และการติดเชื้อชั้นลึก, หรือการติดเชื้อราภายในร่างกายชนิดอื่น เช่น aspergillosis, candidiasis และ cryptococcosis, 2. ใช้ป้องกันการติดเชื้อราในผู้ป่วยที่มีโอกาสเสี่ยงซึ่ง ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยที่มีระบบภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่องหรือได้รับ, ยาที่กดระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน, ผู้ป่วยที่กลับมาเป็นโรคซ้ำได้ง่าย เช่น ผู้ป่วยที่ติดเชื้อ candida ในช่องคลอด
