ข้อบ่งใช้

• ใช้ในผู้ใหญ่ที่มีภาวะหัวใจห้องบนเต้นพลิ้วเพื่อป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองและลิ่มเลือดอุดตันที่อวัยวะต่างๆ ซึ่งแพทย์พิจารณาแล้วว่าจำเป็นต้องใช้ยานี้ • ใช้ในผู้ใหญ่เพื่อรักษาและป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำของภาวะลิ่มเลือดอุดตันในหลอดเลือดดำส่วนลึก และภาวะลิ่มเลือดอุดตันหลอดเลือดที่ปอด • ใช้ในเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ที่มีน้ำหนัก 30 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไปเพื่อรักษาและป้องกันการกลับเป็นซ้ำของภาวะลิ่มเลือดอุดตันหลอดเลือดดำหลังจากให้ยาฉีดต้านการแข็งตัวของเลือดอย่างน้อย 5 วัน Adults Prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in adult patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation with one or more risk factors, such as congestive heart failure, hypertension, age ≥ 75 years, diabetes mellitus, prior stroke or transient ischaemic attack. Treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and prevention of recurrent DVT and PE in adults. (See section 4.4 for haemodynamically unstable PE patients.) Paediatric population Rivaroxaban 15 mg: Treatment of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and prevention of VTE recurrence in children and adolescents aged less than 18 years and weighing from 30 kg to 50 kg after at least 5 days of initial parenteral anticoagulation treatment.
