ข้อบ่งใช้

1. Jinarc is indicated to slow the progression of cyst development and renal insufficiency of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 1 to 4 at initiation of treatment with evidence of rapidly progressing disease. 2. Recommendations 1. Jianarc is used in patients ages 18-55 years with eGFR >25 mL/min/1.73m2 GFR indexed for age compatible with disease progression as following 1.1 Age <40 years any GFR 1.2 Age 40-44 years < 90 mL/min/1.73m2 1.3 Age 45-49 years < 75 mL/min/1.73m2 1.4 Age 50-55 years < 60 mL/min/1.73m2 2. Recommendation 1 + any one of fast progression as following 2.1 GFR decline > 3.0 mL/min/1.73m2 per year over a period of > 4 years 2.2 Kidney size > 16.5 cm 2.3 Truncating PKD1 mutation or family history (renal insufficiency with ADPKD before 60 years and PROPKD score > 6 2.4 MRI result of renal cyst comply with Mayo classification 1D or 1E 3. Discontinued when patients approach end stage renal disease or any contraindication.
